Any application you access through this log-in (the "Application") is property of the NAIC. By acknowledging these terms, you understand and agree that:

• Use of the Application, including NAIC content accessed via the Application, is restricted solely to authorized users for permitted purposes only.
• You expressly consent to NAIC monitoring of your access for administrative and security purposes.
• Unauthorized or improper access, use, disclosure, dissemination or reproduction of the content, or unauthorized modification of the Application or information retrieved using the Application, may result in immediate termination of access and possibly other disciplinary or legal action. You also assume sole responsibility for your use of the application and agree to hold the NAIC harmless against any liability or claim attributable to improper use of the application by you or your subsidiaries or affiliates.
• The Application is provided "AS-IS" and the NAIC assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, deletion or mis-delivery of information, or for the failure to store any personalized settings. The NAIC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Application.
• The NAIC has MADE NO WARRANTY OR PROMISE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE NAIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AND YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE, ANY CLAIM FOR ANY INDIRECT LOSS, COST, OR INJURY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST SALES, LOST PROFIT, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS) SUFFERED BY YOU AS A RESULT OF RELIANCE ON OR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
• The NAIC reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any part of it without notice.
• If you are an authorized user of an NAIC member state or have received express permission of the NAIC, you will abide by all published terms of use, I-Site policies, copyright notices and privacy policies. You agree you have the proper authority to access and protect confidential information from disclosure and acknowledge the confidential information contained in the Application is subject to the Master Information Sharing and Confidentiality Agreement between the states and the Certificate of Confidentiality provided by each state to the NAIC.
